The present invention relates to a method for packing a seagrass seedling, and to a packed seagrass seedling. The purpose of the present invention is to further facilitate transplantation of a seagrass seedling when the roots of several or several tens of seagrass seedlings are transplanted on a cutting hole wall formed on the seabed surface by being packed in bundles through a cotton fabric having a combined soil and a PE-band having a wedge formed thereon. To this end, a method for packing, in a bundle, multiple seagrass seedling root parts to be transplanted on the seabed surface comprises the steps of: (a) preparing several or several tens of collected and sorted seagrass seedlings in each of bundles; (b) winding the root part of each seagrass seedling bundle prepared in step (a) through a cotton fabric having a combined soil, and firstly packing the root part of a seagrass seedling; and (c) winding and fixing a polyethylene band (PE-band) having a wedge formed thereon in a longitudinal band shape onto the outer circumferential surface of the cotton fabric firstly packed in step (b), and secondly packing the same.
