The present invention relates to a spatiotemporal information providing apparatus which includes a processing unit which receives a position and time from a user and provides information about the received position and time to the user, and a storage unit which stores the information in time order. The stored information is formed by a similarity search index structure with an index structure according to time, position, and similar meaning.
