A multipurpose intelligent power management system for camping and a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a first battery connection unit to which an automotive main battery is connected; a second battery connection unit to which an external auxiliary battery is connected and which is electrically connected to the first battery connection unit; a power output unit which is electrically connected to the first battery connection unit and the second battery connection unit and configured to be connected to an external device and to supply power to the external device; a first relay switch which selectively cuts the power flowing between the first battery connection unit and any one of the power output unit and the second battery connection unit; a second relay switch which selectively cuts the power flowing between the second battery connection unit and the power output unit; and a control unit which controls the first and second relay switches.
