The present invention relates to throwable and engaged hook-type life-saving equipment used in a drowning accident which is invented to save a victim who drowns in water. The life-saving equipment is designed in a manner that a user uses a hinged door to pull out a lifeline previously arranged and stored in a life-saving equipment inner space portion and grips the lifeline while throwing the life-saving equipment towards the victim. The life-saving equipment is configured such that a pair of engaged hooks on a life-saving equipment main body are hinged to be opened respectively in opposite directions, such that a life-saving equipment body is prevented from losing buoyance when the engaged hooks are opened by unexpected action during the rescue operation, a rescue operator opens the life-saving equipment main body and arranges and stores the lifeline therein after the rescue operation so the lifeline does not get tangled, thereby preventing corrosion of the lifeline and entanglement of the lifeline when being thrown in water, the stored lifeline is able to be engaged with the body by a fixed ball installed in the body to easily change the direction, wherein the fixed ball serves as a spherical direction switching device, the life-saving equipment has a streamlined body with low air resistance, thereby being able to rotate stably without wobbling, and the direction of the life-saving equipment is easily maintained when being thrown in a remote distance, thereby allowing a rescue operator to throw the life-saving equipment in a desired direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
