A telemedicine system for an emergency patient and a method thereof are disclosed. A telemedicine method for an emergency patient according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: accessing a telemedicine server in a telemedicine application installed in advance in a portable terminal, and inputting patient information to search for the patient; performing and measuring a first aid corresponding to the patient information; and transmitting patient measurement information to the telemedicine server.
