The present invention provides a method to process payment for a medical procedure performed again to claim insurance for dental implants, capable of improving the economic feasibility of medical procedures by minimizing expenses for medical procedures. The method includes: a first step of preparing a product database storing an identification code list of implant products applicable to medical insurance, but transmitting an identification code of an implant product, inputted into an operator terminal, to a manufacturer server when a patient makes a request; a second step of comparing the product database to the transmitted identification code to determine whether the medical insurance is applied to the implant product or not; a third step of activating a confirmation mode of the operator terminal for agreement with payment by proxy to input confirmation records for payment by proxy and personal information of the patient if the transmitted identification code exists in the database; and a fourth step of transmitting the confirmation records and the personal information of the patient to the manufacturer server, but transmitting a command for approving payment by proxy to a payment module of the manufacturer server to give expenses for the medical procedure, corresponding to a share ratio for the patient, to an account of the operator terminal in accordance with the transmitted personal information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
