The present invention relates to a method for estimating an annual exposure dose of radon based on average concentration of the radon measured during any one season, and a device for automatically reducing the radon by using the same. A residence period and the average concentration of the radon are input to a mathematical prediction model which indicates a period during which a resident resides, the average concentration of the radon measured during any one season, a correction factor of any one season, and the relationship of the annual exposure dose of the radon exposed to the resident. The method for estimating the annual exposure dose of the radon, by calculating an annual effective dose of the radon exposed to the resident from the mathematical prediction model, estimates the annual exposure dose of the radon, calculates a reliable lung cancer occurrence risk as well as calculates the accurate annual exposure dose by considering a residency property of the resident.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
