The present invention relates to a nervous disease diagnosis kit for measuring an amount in which heavy metals in a human body are changed to magnetic bodies, and to a nano-diamond composite for removing magnetic bodies in a brain. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for measuring an amount of heavy metals in a human body by using a nitrogen-doping nano-diamond (NDD) as a nervous diseases diagnosis kit and a green laser device capable of detecting a magnetic body in blood using the kit. Also, the present invention relates to a method for producing a nano-diamond composite for removing magnetic bodies in a brain, wherein the method comprises the steps of: 1) mixing and dissolving nitrogen-doping titanium (TiN) powder and silica (SiO_2); 2) producing a porous frame of TiN by treating the dissolved material by acid; 3) coating a nano-diamond of a nm scale by plasma shock waves on the porous frame of the TiN; and 4) coating the surface of the frame with a platinum catalyst and a basic hydroxyl group by finishing the frame in a porous DNV spherical shape having a size of 30-50 nm. The diagnosis kit and the nano-diamond composite produced according to the present invention can be effectively applied to early diagnosis and treatment of not only dementia but also Parkinson′s disease, depression, seizure, and the like which are nervous diseases which can be caused by heavy metals and osteoporosis, rheumatism, cancer, and the like which can be caused by apoptosis of neural cells.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
