The present invention relates to an IoT-based system for measuring cardiopulmonary and heart rates to evaluate an exercise load. A mask (2) of the system of the present invention comprises: a main circuit unit (10) installed on the outer surface of the mask (2); oxygen and carbon dioxide measuring sensors (20A, 20B) installed on the inner surface of the mask (2), connected to the main circuit unit (10), and respectively measuring concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide of inhalation and exhalation of a user; a heart rate sensor (30) connected to the main circuit unit (10), and attached to the chest or the ear of the user to measure heart rates; a wireless communications unit (40) connected to the main circuit unit (10), and transmitting signals respectively measured from the oxygen and carbon dioxide measuring sensors (20A, 20B) and the heart rate sensor (30) to the smart phone (1); and an electrical power supply unit (50) for supplying electrical power to each of the main circuit unit (10), the oxygen and carbon dioxide measuring sensors (20A, 20B), the heart rate sensor (30), and the wireless communications unit (40). An application installed in the smart phone (1) provides information on heart rate signals and concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide, transmitted from the wireless communications unit (40). Thus, an exercise load of a user can be evaluated. According to the structure of the present invention, a simple structure is ensured, and costs are cheap. Moreover, more accurate information for evaluating an exercise load of a user can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
