The present invention relates to a pile construction method to reinforce a friction pile in accordance with changes in a strata, comprising: (a) a step of measuring a position on which a pile will be constructed by a design; (b) a step of excavating the position measured by step (a); and (c) a step of inserting a friction pile and a non-friction pile to correspond to a section requiring a friction pile and another section requiring a non-friction pile in accordance with changes in the strata of the excavated ground and a structural calculation. The present invention is able to reflect changes in strata of the ground on which a pile will be constructed, and assemble a pile with a high friction factor and a pile with a low friction factor to fit a section with an increased friction force and another section without an increase in friction force; thereby efficiently constructing the piles.
