METHOD FOR CULTIVATING SWEET PUMPKIN WITH HIGH CALCIUM CONTENT

The present invention relates to a method for cultivating sweet pumpkin, intended to produce sweet pumpkin containing at least 300% of calcium (Ca) components compared to general sweet pumpkin, among various nutrients and minerals contained in sweet pumpkin. To this end, the method for cultivating sweet pumpkin comprises the following steps: diluting 250 g of ionic calcium in 400 liters of water and then thoroughly sprinkling the same to the seedling of sweet pumpkin when growing the same; planting the seedling of sweet pumpkin in the main paddy, diluting 250 g of ionic calcium in 400 liters of water after 20 days, and conducting foliage spray evenly over sweet pumpkin planted in approximately 800 pyeongs of paddy; and diluting 500 g of ionic calcium in 400 liters of water and conducing the foliage spray evenly over sweet pumpkin planted in approximately 800 pyeongs of paddy for three to fours times before harvesting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
