According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operation method of an application comprises the steps of: automatically executing an application installed in a user computer when a user accesses a web site by using a web browser installed in the user computer, and accumulating, by the executed application, a connection time of the web browser and the web site; generating, by the application, a log file for all key values input by an input device of the user computer while the web browser is connected to the web site until the accumulated connection time reaches a predetermined first reference time; generating, by the application, a list for the key values exceeding a predetermined key input first reference count among the key values recorded in the log file when the accumulated connection time reaches the predetermined first reference time; and transmitting, by the application, the list and a uniform resource locator (URL) of the web site to an Internet addiction diagnosis server. The user computer is any one among a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a smartphone, a mobile Internet device, and a tablet personal computer (PC), and the input device is at least one among a keyboard, a keypad, a touch pad, and a computer mouse.
