The present invention relates to an anti-reflection film, which can control convex and concave surfaces. The anti-reflection film includes a hard coat layer on one or more surfaces of a base layer film. A hard coat composition of the hard coat layer includes 6 to 10 functional urethane acrylates, 3 to 6 functional acrylates, and a styrene-butadiene block copolymer resin. According to the present invention, the low-haze anti-reflection film with excellent optical properties can cover the uniform concave and convex surfaces in a coating operation to have excellent anti-glare properties while increasing production yields by reducing defects and shortening the manufacturing process. According to the present invention, the styrene-butadiene block copolymer resin is included in the hard coat composition to adjust the molecular weight, content, resin composition, solid content, and other properties thereof.
