The present invention relates to technology to transmit and receive an upward link of a narrowband Internet-of-Things (NB IoT) terminal in a 3GPP LTE/LTE-Advanced system and, more specifically, relates to technology to set a transmission resource for transmitting HARQ ACK/NACK of the NB IoT terminal, which transmits and receives data by using a narrowband. A method to transmit an upward link signal of a narrowband IoT terminal includes: a step of receiving downward link data from a base station; a step of generating HARQ ACK/NACK feedback information about the downward link data; and a step of transmitting the HARQ ACK/NACK feedback information to the base station through a narrowband physical uplink shared channel (NPUSCH). The NPUSCH is mapped with a transmission resource comprising M sub carriers and K slots.
