The present invention relates to a tilt rotor-based multicopter type smart drone, capable of enabling a tilt rotor type drone to stably and rapidly fly. According to the present invention, the tilt rotor-based multicopter type smart drone includes: a power supply; a flight control device controlling flight by being formed at the center; multiple propellers installed at an end; a connection frame connecting the flight control device and a propeller; a fixed motor rotating the each corresponding propeller by corresponding to the propeller; and a tilting motor body tilting a pair of fixing motor bodies by being connected to the pair of fixing motor bodies having a symmetric structure among the fixing motor bodies, wherein the two propellers, which are in a pair as symmetric structure among the multiple propellers, and the fixing motor connected to the each propeller form each one of the fixing motor bodies. The flight control device receives a command signal from a controller and controls a rotation speed of the propeller by controlling the fixing motor. Or, the pair of fixing motor bodies connected to the tilting motor body controls a flight posture to maintain a horizontal direction to the ground by the tilting motor body.
