The present invention relates to an aesthetic lighting kit using a light-transmitting window having brightness/darkness contrast, in which contours are formed by engraving or embossing, and brightness/darkness is formed due to difference in transmittance created by difference in thickness; and to a method of manufacturing a light-transmitting window having brightness/darkness contrast. Specifically, the aesthetic lighting kit comprises: a frame which includes a plurality of openings formed therein; a light source which is disposed in the center inside the frame; and a plurality of light-transmitting windows which are disposed on the openings to form an image by using transmitted light, wherein the light-transmitting windows are formed by engraving or embossing through a 3D printer such that the contour of the image is formed through stepped surfaces formed by engraving or embossing; and brightness/darkness is formed in the image formed by the transmitted light due to difference in transmittance created by difference in thickness generated by engraving or embossing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
