The present invention relates to joint utilization of a computer aided design (CAD) software license and virtual computer hardware. According to one aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for jointly utilizing a CAD software license and virtual computer hardware through a dynamic internet protocol (IP) address comprises: a computer hardware and CAD software management unit generating a plurality of virtual computer hardware (HW) by dividing hardware resources of a computer; a network access control unit passing a network packet having a transmitter unique identification value registered in a packet passing list, wherein when a departure IP address is a dynamic IP address, the network access control unit allows a fixed IP to be added to a header of the network packet to pass the network packet; a CAD software license key service unit providing a CAD software license key token with respect to the network packet flowing through the network access control unit; and a division computer allocation and user service providing unit managing use of the plurality of virtual computer hardware.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
