According to one embodiment, the weight estimation model generating device comprises: a learning data collection unit collecting learning data containing skin spectrum information and weight information of a plurality of targets; and a model generating unit generating a weight estimation model used for estimating the weight based on a spectrum through machine learning based on the collected learning data.
