Disclosed are a method to use an integrated core network service, an integrated control device for the same, and a system thereof. The present invention enables a consistent service regardless of access network in integrated environment having a plurality of access networks. The method to use an integrated core network service according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step in which a terminal performs a signaling connection on an integrated core network which supports a plurality of connection networks through a first connection network; and a step in which the terminal uses a data service through a second connection network by reusing at least one between authenticated information and assigned resource information during the signaling connection through the first connection network after the signaling connection.
