Provided is a mass-production method for larch agaric, comprising the following steps: acquiring a mycelium of larch agaric by culturing a strain of larch agaric in a liquid medium; inoculating the acquired mycelium of larch agaric into a sawdust medium containing sawdust, rice bran, potato starch, and corn starch; and culturing the inoculated mycelium of larch agaric.
