The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating, preventing, or treating pain, comprising an extract mixture of Vitis amurensis, Glycyrrhizae, and Aralia cordata as an effective component. The extract mixture of the present invention not only has effects of alleviating and treating developed pains, but also has an effect of preventing pain in advance when administered to a subject prior to the development of pain. Additionally, the composition of the present invention shows a significant effect of alleviating pain through oral administration as well as intravenous injection and topical application, and the composition of the present invention having such characteristics is highly suitable for applications in food products.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
