The present invention relates to a compound and a composition for detecting phosgene and diethyl chlorophosphate (DCP), and a composition for detecting phosgene and DCP comprising the same, wherein the compound for detecting phosgene and DCP can selectively detect the phosgene or DCP in a liquid or gaseous state through different fluorescence and color change, and can be used as a fast detection method within a few seconds with the nM sensitivity, thereby being usefully used as a composition or kit for detection of at least one selected from a group consisting of phosgene and DCP.
