The watt-hour meter system using the intelligent watt-hour meter includes: a location information identification unit for identifying location information of an electronic device for charging a user terminal and confirming power subscriber information corresponding to the identified location information; and a calculation unit for imposing a charge corresponding to the supplied amount of power on the basis of the calculated power amount.
