The present invention relates to a siphon breaker simulation device and a method thereof and, more specifically, to a siphon breaker simulation device and a method thereof which simulate a siphon breaking effect by using a variety of hydrodynamic factors which must be considered for siphon breaker design, thereby enabling optimum siphon breaker design. The siphon breaker simulation device comprises an input unit, a memory, an output unit, and a control unit configured to simulate siphon breaking and a simulation result to the output unit.
