Provided is a host server and an operation method thereof. The host server comprises: a plurality of single root input/output virtualization network cards; a management module managing virtual desktops including agents collecting traffic of users; and a load adjustment module allocating the traffic of the users for each of the plurality of single root input/output virtualization network cards based on the amount of the collected traffic of the users.
