The present invention provides a method of effectively recovering palladium (Pd) which is a valuable metal from palladium-carbon based waste which is a chemical synthesis catalyst for petrochemicals or various industries. The present invention plasticizes the palladium-carbon waste catalyst to primarily separate carbon and extracts and complexly applies a method of extracting and separating the palladium using wet type precipitation in order to maintain an effect of refinement of the recovered palladium, and increases a rate of recovery.
