Disclosed is a device for detecting biochemical molecules. The device for detecting biochemical molecules comprises: a substrate; a two-dimensional material layer disposed on the substrate; and an aptamer composite immobilized onto the two-dimensional material layer, selectively binding to the biochemical molecules, and including at least one double stranded DNA in which a fluorescence-emitting fluorescent staining agent is intercalated.
