The present invention provides an RF-based location measurement machine tool based on one or more reference pins as a starting point, wherein when performing manufacturing work on a two-dimensional or three-dimensional space, the location measurement machine tool is provided on the basis of one or more reference pins as a starting point. Moreover, even though a user does not draw figures on a two-dimensional or three-dimensional space, manufacturing work can be easily performed by the tool.
