SIMULATION METHOD FOR VOLTAGE DROP IN SHIPBOARD LIGHTING SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a simulation method for a voltage drop in a shipboard lighting system. The method includes a step (A) of inputting a basic specification for a lamp and a cable constituting a specific lighting system; a step (B) of calculating a voltage drop for the lighting system with an established algorithm; a step (C) of repeating calculation while varying the basic specification of the cable so that the voltage drop satisfies a set minimum value; and a step (D) of outputting design data corresponding to the calculation in a set file format. Accordingly, it is possible to quickly and accurately verify the design suitability of all the cables related to a shipboard lighting system, and to reduce the cost of selecting cable specification and to reduce material cost.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
