The present invention relates to a fire evacuation facility for a high-rise building, which enables rapid evacuation from a fire site without moving to an upper or a lower floor, or to a next door when a fire breaks out in a high-rise building such as an apartment, a villa, a townhouse, a hotel, or a studio apartment. For the fire evacuation facility, one or two vertical rods (11) on the existing balustrade (10) installed in the balcony are formed to be detachable from a horizontal bar (12) for easy access of people, an anchor bolt (30) is fixed to the existing balustrade (10) and a concrete wall surface (20), and an evacuation facility (100) is installed in both one side end of the balustrade (10) and the concrete wall surface (20) at one side of the vertical rod (11) which is not directly interrupted by fire flames and smoke in case of fire. In addition, the evacuation facility (100) comprises: a solid frame (110) of which the upper part is open and four sides are formed of solid steel structures; a bottom plate (120) which is installed and fixed in the inner side of the lower part of the solid frame so that evacuated people cannot see under the bottom, has holes (121) for water flow and ventilation, and has an outdoor unit seating groove (122) at one side of the edge thereof in order to seat and fix an outdoor unit of an air-conditioner in an embedded type; a solar cell (130) which is installed and fixed in the round of a side surface of the solid frame (110) in order to generate electric power through photovoltaic power station; and a plurality of fixing bodies (140) which correspond to the anchor bolt (30) so that the solid frame (100) can be firmly fixed to the anchor bolt (30).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
