The present invention relates to a method for mass production of viniferin through tissue culture from grape trees using stevioside. The viniferin of the present invention has liver protection, anticancer, antioxidant and skin whitening effects, inhibits oxidation of low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein, and inhibits proliferation and transfer of vascular smooth muscle cells. Accordingly, useful materials (stilbene compounds), especially viniferin can be mass-produced from callus derived from the anther tissue of grape plants and it is very important for related industries.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
