The present invention relates to a method for mass production of viniferin through tissue culture from grape trees using stevioside. The viniferin of the present invention has liver protection, anticancer, antioxidant and skin whitening effects, inhibits oxidation of low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein, and inhibits proliferation and transfer of vascular smooth muscle cells.
