A mobile healthcare dashboard production system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a builder component which provides a visual programming environment for generating an independent healthcare application by selecting at least one of components collected through a compatibility framework, a big data framework, a classification and inference framework, a visualization framework, and a healthcare framework; and a customizing component for registering a variable component developed according to a standard in an application generator (App Generator). The mobile healthcare dashboard production system according to the present invention produces a component-based dashboard corresponding to at least one version of a mobile phone, a laptop computer, a TV, and a PC and checks the disease and health information of a patient by adding a windows version dashboard component and a web-based dashboard component to an automatic production tool.
