The present invention relates to a method for measuring amounts of carbon dioxide and oxygen in medical hyperbaric oxygen chambers, comprising the following steps: a pressure maintenance step for keeping internal condition of a chamber under high pressure through introduction and exhaustion of compressed air in and out from the chamber; an air release step for releasing high pressure air in the chamber to the outside by reducing air displacement; an air decompression step for introducing the displacement-reduced air into a decompression housing which has at least one hole; and an air concentration measurement step for measuring the amounts of carbon dioxide and oxygen from the air introduced into the decompression housing. The present invention further relates to a measurement system for conducting the same. By using the method, it is possible to accurately measure the amounts of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the chamber which is under high pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
