摘要

The present invention provides a conductive copper ink mixed with copper nanoparticles of heterogeneous sizes and a manufacturing method of a copper electrode using the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a copper electrode comprises the following steps: manufacturing copper nanoparticles having different average sizes, solvent and a conductive copper ink including a polymer binder resin; forming a pattern by printing the conductive copper ink on a substrate; and photo-sintering the pattern. According to the present invention, the copper electrode having high conductivity and adhesion strength can be manufactured by providing a conductive copper ink composite mixed with the copper nanoparticles of heterogeneous sizes. Also, according to the present invention, mass production of the copper electrode is possible with a simpler process by using a white light sintering method capable of sintering in a short time at room temperature and normal pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
