The present invention relates to: Candida butyri strains having lipase activity; lipase from the strains; a lipase secretion expression cassette comprising nucleic acid encoding the lipase and nucleic acid encoding a translational fusion partner (TFP); a vector including the secretion expression cassette; a transforming microorganism including the lipase or the secretion expression cassette; a method for producing the lipase; and a method for producing biodiesel using the lipase. The transforming microorganism including the lipase of the present invention can be used to mass-produce lipase, wherein the lipase can be widely used for economical production of biodiesel.
