The present invention relates to a concrete ballast turnout construction method, which comprises: a first step of dismantling a wooden pillow and a rail coupling port of a sleeper turnout which is conventionally installed from a rail; a second step of chipping a concrete floor in a position in which the wooden pillow is dismantled, and temporarily assembling a vibration proof coupling port in the rail; a third step of depositing and curing filling concrete in the position in which the wooden pillow is dismantled so as to form a predetermined space unit in a lower portion of the vibration proof coupling port; and a fourth step of injecting and hardening a filling material in the space unit.
