The present invention relates to a cigarette heating member, an electronic cigarette comprising the same, and a nebulizer. The cigarette heating member comprises: a tar guide heater which has a ceramic main body equipped with a micropore structure, and has a metal powder distributed evenly on the ceramic main body; and an induction coil installed corresponding to the tar guide heater. The induction coil generates a high frequency magnetic field in response to an alternating current to make the tar guide heater generate an eddy current and heat. The tar guide heater has a mircopore structure, suctions tobacco, and heats the tobacco to be atomized to smoke. Through such a method, because the induction coil does not need to be contact closely with the tar guide heater, an assembly of the cigarette heating member is facilitated. Also, because the tar guide heater heats electromagnetically in response with the creation of an eddy current, thermal efficiency of the cigarette heating member is improved drastically, and an atomizing effect of an electronic cigarette is reinforced.
