GROUND PC PARKING LOT USING PRECAST PRESTRESSED CONCRETE WALL PANEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a ground precast concrete (PC) parking lot using a precast prestressed concrete wall panel and a construction method thereof, wherein a beam and a column are integrated with one PC wall panel member to construct the ground PC parking lot; and the ground PC parking lot comprising: a PC wall panel member in which a beam and a column are integrated; a support member installed in a floor to fixate the PC wall panel member; and a protruding portion formed for a plurality of slabs to be installed in both sides of an upper beam integrally formed in the PC wall panel member. According to the present invention, when constructing a parking lot building, the number of PC members is able to be minimized, and a construction time is able to be shortened. As such, with minimum construction costs, a PC parking lot is able to be constructed, and at the same time, an ability for horizontal support with respect to an earthquake is improved to be applied with an earthquake-resistant design.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
