The present invention relates to a salting agent using alkaline Salicornia herbacea bamboo salt, which uses the alkaline Salicornia herbacea bamboo salt for softening the meat during a salting process to improve the chewing texture; and adjusts a mixing ratio of garlic and ginger for maintaining the moisture inside the meat and reducing bad smell of the meat; and uses natural ingredients only to be beneficial to the human body.
