The present invention relates to a smartphone-linked NFC certification-based two-wheel vehicle operating system. The smartphone-linked NFC certification-based two-wheel vehicle operating system according to the present invention comprises: a user smartphone (10) which is possessed by a user, is provided with an NFC wireless communication module, and is provided with an NFC locking application for start-up management of a two-wheel vehicle (1), and to which a smartphone unique certification information is assigned; a two-wheel NFC terminal (30) which is installed at a set position of the two-wheel vehicle (1), has a two-wheel vehicle unique identification information assigned for each two-wheel vehicle (1) therein in association with the smartphone unique certification information, receives the smartphone unique certification information by NFC wireless communication with the users smartphone (10), and generates an approval signal when the received smartphone unique certification information with the stored smartphone unique certification information; a two-wheel electronic control device (40) which is installed in the two-wheel vehicle (1), controls driving of the two-wheel vehicle (1), and controls the two-wheel vehicle (1) to be a start-up standby mode when receiving the approval signal from the two-wheel NFC terminal (30).
