The present invention provides a device and a method capable of reducing a clock leakage or a clock feedthrough with respect to a signal node by using a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) switch. Disclosed are a frequency translated impedance circuit using a CMOS switch and a transceiver using a frequency translated impedance circuit. The frequency translated impedance circuit having a band passing filter property comprises: an input signal reception part receiving a difference input signal; and a unit filtering part filtering the difference input signal by a base band through a plurality of CMOS switches connected to the input signal part and a capacitor connected to the plurality of CMOS switches. The plurality of CMOS switches can be switched to clocks of different phases.
