The present invention relates to an underground water flow measurement method for an estuary region and, more specifically, relates to a technique to analyze a flow mode of underground water in a coastal aquifer if infiltration of seawater occurs by excessively pumping underground water in an estuary region. According to the present invention, the underground water flow measurement method for the estuary region comprises: a step of dropping a flow direction/flow velocity measurement device into a well to measure a directional property and a linear flow velocity of underground water; a step of calculating a digital map of an upper portion of the well by a satellite having a multi-spectrum scanner and an earth observation sensor of a thematic mapper; a step of performing drilling work in an NX standard to collect a rock core in the well to calculate a ground property; a step of performing a standard penetration test to estimate ground relative density in the well, softness and hardness, and a soil parameter of shearing strength; and a step of performing a field permeability test by a water level descending method to calculate water permeability in the well.
