A remote control system using a 360-degree camera and a virtual reality device and a field user device are disclosed. The field user device according to various embodiments of the present invention includes a wearable housing on the head of a field user; an LTE communication module disposed in the housing and relaying communication with the virtual reality device capable of remotely observing the situation of the field user; a 360 degree camera module disposed in the housing and photographing a 360-degree image associated with a field; a PTT module disposed in the housing, collecting the voice of the field user or voice associated with the field, and transmitting the voice of the user wearing the virtual reality device; and a control part transmitting the captured 360-degree image and the collected voice to a server through the LTE communication module. It is possible to analyze the field more accurately.
