The present invention relates to a network computing development test bed system based on an open source virtualized cloud environment, which comprises: a physical space; a network function virtualization (NFV) infrastructure domain space which provides a virtualization function in an independent environment for individual users; a docker engine space which provides a process based environment for virtual appliances, that is, units of a virtual network device capable of operating individually; a container framework space which supports to develop and register the virtual appliances in a container shape; and a virtual network service space which provides a user interface interlocking with the container framework space so that a user can form a virtual network through the user interface, and supports a test function of the formed virtual network. Therefore, the network computing development test bed system based on an open source virtualized cloud environment can save a lot of time and costs for preparing a new test development environment required for developing a new network function, and can lead gains obtained accordingly to investment in new function development, thereby fostering conditions of a virtuous circle for a development ecosystem from development, to test, and to commercialization.
