The present invention relates to a fixed LED fluorescent lamp having an integrated converter (SMPS, IC built-in) and a double-structure wire (fluorescent lamp connection wire + power connection wire) connected to a fluorescent lamp. The fluorescent lamp connection wires (N-line and L-line) connected to the converter built into the LED fluorescent lamp are exposed to the outside of the LED fluorescent lamp, and the exposed N-line and L-line are equipped with a pin-type negative (-) connector and positive (+) connector, respectively, and if a positive connector and a negative connector connected to each LED fluorescent lamp are simply connected to a negative connector and a positive connector, and a power connection wire of the nearest fluorescent lamp is connected to a power cable, all the connected LED fluorescent lamps are turned on, thereby allowing easy installation of LED fluorescent lamps by a desired quantity. In addition, the remaining fluorescent lamps are normally kept turned on even if some of the connected fluorescent lamps are defective, such that installation, frequent inspection, and replacement of the fixed power direct-connected LED fluorescent lamp are able to easily be performed when used as a lighting fixture for advertising signs and a lighting fixture for large buildings and large offices.
