The present invention relates to an acoustic lens using a Fresnel zone plate, a design method and a manufacturing method of the acoustic lens, a focusing ultrasonic transducer to which the acoustic lens is applied, and a manufacturing method of the focusing ultrasonic transducer. More specifically, an acoustic lens using a Fresnel zone plate which is applied to a focusing ultrasonic transducer comprises a plurality of concentric regions concentrically disposed with respect to a center point. In the concentric regions, a sound insulation region which blocks an entering sound wave and a transmission region which transmits the sound wave are alternately formed in a radial direction from the center point, and the entering sound wave is focused near a focal point.
