The present invention relates to a rigid joint connection structure between steel frame-concrete hybrid upper and lower PC columns and a rigid joint connection structure of a steel frame-concrete hybrid PC column and a PC beam using a fixed type plate. The rigid joint connection structure between the steel frame-concrete hybrid upper and lower PC columns is to form rigid joint only by connecting a steel material before the concrete is placed in a joint unit by improving constructability and to perform a moment joint method, in other words, the rigid joint in a dry method by improving the joint unit of the column and the beam, the upper column, and the lower column. According to the present invention, the joint connection structure between the steel frame-concrete hybrid upper and lower PC columns comprises: the upper PC column (100) comprising upper column concrete (110), an upper column steel frame (130), and an upper column reinforcing bar (150); the lower PC column (200) comprising lower column concrete (210), a lower column steel frame (230), a lower column reinforcing bar (250); a column sleeve (400) vertically connected to an upper end of the lower column reinforcing bar (250) so that an upper end of the column sleeve (400) is exposed to the upper part in a corner of the lower column concrete (210); and a column steel frame connection plate (300) coupled to a flange or a web at an upper end of the lower column steel frame (230).
