The present invention relates to a novel -1,3-1,6-endoglucanase for producing oligosaccharides or glucose from -glucan. More specifically, through -1,3-1,6-endoglucanase showing not only -1,3-endoglucanase activity but -1,6-endoglucanase activity with respect to -glucan, and showing transglycosylase activity with respect to laminarin oligosaccharide, oligosaccharides or glucose of various degrees of polymerization can be produced with high yield.
