The present invention relates to an aerial ladder device having an independent extension boom. The aerial ladder device having the independent extension boom enables a part of a ladder to independently be extended without being engaged with extension of the other ladder and without extending all the ladders by only a single movement wherein a multi-stage ladder is connected to be extended. According to the present invention, the aerial ladder device having the independent extension boom, which is formed in order for a plurality of ladder booms mounted on a vehicle to be engaged with each other in a direction being extended or contracted, separately comprises: a top independent extension boom (110); and an integrated extension boom assembly (120). The independent extension boom is able to be connected to be extended to an extension boom of the integrated extension boom assembly, and is separately extended from the integrated extension boom assembly by the independent extension unit. The independent extension unit enables a wire type extension unit (130) and a cylinder type extension unit (140).
