The present invention relates to a center guide device for ground burying of a strut installed in a mesh fence and, more specifically, to a center guide device for ground burying of a strut installed in a mesh fence comprising: a support plate including a center pipe accommodating a strut and a level meter fixing the center pipe to maintain a vertical inclination angle of the strut in correspondence with inclination or curve of a bottom surface on which a fence is installed; a plurality of fixing pipes which fix the support plate to the ground; a connection bracket which allows the fixing pipes to move at a predetermined angle; and a fixing bracket which integrally assembles the connection bracket to the support plate, to install the strut even on the inclined or curved bottom surface in a vertical direction.
